Interior Designer in Bradenton, Florida
Sometimes the right home isn't the finished one. It's the one with possibility.
Soulspace Collective provides residential interior design in Bradenton for renovations, new construction, furnishing, and thoughtfully reimagined homes throughout the surrounding area.
Our approach brings together interior design, space planning, material selection, furnishings, and firsthand residential construction experience to look beyond what a home is today and understand what it could become.
Sometimes that means fundamentally rethinking an existing floor plan. Other times, it's creating greater connection between rooms, reconsidering how a family gathers, bringing intention to a newly built home, or finally resolving the spaces that have never quite worked.
We aren't interested in changing a home simply to make it look different.
We're interested in finding the changes that make living there feel different.
Start with what the home is trying to become.
Some homes announce their potential immediately. Others require a closer look.
An existing layout may have been designed for a different way of living. Rooms may feel disconnected even when they're physically close together. A renovation completed years ago may have solved one problem while creating another. Or a newly constructed home may function perfectly well but still feel like it could belong to anyone.
That's where we begin.
We look at the architecture, circulation, natural light, sightlines, existing materials, and the patterns of everyday life within the home before deciding what needs to change.
Because transformation doesn't always require starting over. Often, the most meaningful opportunities are already there — waiting for someone to recognize them.
Good design isn't about changing everything. It's about knowing what matters enough to change.
The best transformations begin with seeing what others overlook.

How We Work
RenovationsWe reimagine existing Sarasota homes through thoughtful space planning, interior architectural decisions, cabinetry, lighting, materials, and furnishings — considering what deserves to remain, what needs to evolve, and how the home can better support the way you live now.
New ConstructionInterior design is most powerful when it begins early. We work alongside the larger project team to consider layouts, cabinetry, lighting, materials, finishes, furnishings, and the small decisions that determine how a newly built home will ultimately function and feel.
Furnishing + RefinementFor Longboat Key homes and condominiums that don't require significant construction, we create cohesion through furniture planning, lighting, textiles, art, materials, and styling — giving an existing interior a stronger sense of identity without changing everything simply for the sake of change.
A house can work on paper and still not work for you.
This is where I want the Bradenton page to become very Soulspace.
Square footage doesn't tell us whether a home functions well.
Neither does the number of bedrooms, the size of the kitchen, or whether the floor plan technically checks every box.
What matters is what happens once someone actually lives there.
Where do bags land when you walk through the door? Can someone cook while everyone else gathers in the kitchen? Does the furniture fight the architecture? Is there storage where you actually need it? Does an oversized room somehow still feel uncomfortable? Is there a space everyone passes through but no one wants to stay in?
We pay attention to those patterns — and to the small margins around them. A sightline, a doorway location, a few inches of clearance, the relationship between lighting and furniture, or the way one material meets another can have an outsized effect on how a home feels.
The floor plan tells us where the rooms are. Living there tells us what they need to become.
Good design is alignment.
We don't begin by asking what style you want your home to be.
We want to understand what life looks like inside it.
How does your family move through a weekday morning? Where does everyone end up at night? What gets left on the counter because there isn't a better place for it? Which rooms are constantly used — and which ones somehow aren't? What do you love about your home now? What have you quietly worked around for years?
Then we begin translating those observations into design.
Layout. Proportion. Storage. Cabinetry. Lighting. Materials. Furniture. Color. Texture.
Each decision becomes part of a larger relationship between how the home looks, how it functions, how it feels, and how you want to live within it.
That's what we mean when we say good design is alignment.
Your home doesn't need to behave like someone else's.
It needs to work beautifully for you.
Interior Design Throughout Bradenton
Soulspace Collective provides residential interior design services throughout Bradenton and surrounding communities, with projects ranging from existing home renovations and new construction to furnishing, space planning, and individual room transformations.
Bradenton's residential landscape gives us the opportunity to work with homes at very different stages — established properties ready to be reconsidered, newly purchased homes that need to feel more personal, and new construction where interior decisions can be considered before they become permanent.
Our work can include full-service interior design for renovations and new construction, single-room interior design and furnishing, vacation rental design, and 3D interior visualization.
Regardless of the project's scale, we approach each Bradenton home by first understanding what already exists, what isn't serving the people living there, and where thoughtful design can make the greatest difference.
We don't design around what a home is supposed to be. We design around what it could make possible.
